1.⁠ ⁠Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2.⁠ ⁠Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $100 per hour after 10 am. 3.⁠ ⁠Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 4.⁠ ⁠Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 5.⁠ ⁠Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 6.⁠ ⁠No pets allowed unless previously arranged with owner. Pet fees apply. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine totaling $1,000. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 7.⁠ ⁠Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs and/or pool passes. 8.⁠ ⁠We may use video surveillance in public areas for guest safety. 9.⁠ ⁠Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. The entire space was very spacious and cozy! We had a wonderful stay here! Also, it’s a gated community, which feels very safe and peaceful. Highly recommended! I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Austin.

Upon staying at this particular location, I must say that it is my opinion that this space is the greatest Air BnB in the Austin area and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I loved everything about it. I felt at peace and at home. Definitely Would stay here again and again and then again!! I can’t say enough about this clean and very spacious apartment! It’s close to both downtown and the airport and has great amenities! The hosts are super responsive and very flexible with our requests and an extension! Definitely a great find!

Bruna & Donny were great from the start to finish. We had clear directions of the property, the building and how to enter with gate code and door code as well. The house was clean and free of any clutter the ac was on perfect for the hot weather!! The house location was perfect for our group, we did use Fetii to get around since it was 6 of us. (Highly recommend) Bruna & Donny were very attentive making sure we didn't need anything during our stay. The place is perfect and in a good location. (Highly recommend) We will be staying again!!
