1.⁠ ⁠Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2.⁠ ⁠Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $100 per hour after 10 am. 3.⁠ ⁠Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 4.⁠ ⁠Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 5.⁠ ⁠Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 6.⁠ ⁠No pets allowed unless previously arranged with owner. Pet fees apply. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine totaling $1,000. Loved my stay here. The apartment was very clean and modern , full length mirror in both rooms were a nice touch, and everything was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Truly my favorite airbnb to have ever stayed in. It’s situated at ~ a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, ample parking in a gated community, and ubers were cheap.
