1.⁠ ⁠Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2.⁠ ⁠Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request for a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, up to $100 per hour after 10 am. 3.⁠ ⁠Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1,000 fine, which includes the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 4.⁠ ⁠Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 5.⁠ ⁠Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 6.⁠ ⁠No pets allowed unless previously arranged with owner. Pet fees apply. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine totaling $1,000. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 7.⁠ ⁠Guests are responsible for covering the cost, which is $150 per item, to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs and/or pool passes. 8.⁠ ⁠We may use video surveillance in public areas for guest safety. 9.⁠ ⁠Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Excellent place to stay, it was incredibly clean like it had just been deep cleaned before we got there and the host was very nice and easy to work with. I'd give the whole experience much more than 5 stars but thats the maximum the app will let me rate them. Definitely recommend!

This stay was a hidden gem! Donny and Bruna are excellent, super hosts. They were very flexible when I had a couple of hitches. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and at home in the Airbnb. I was on a business trip but due to the accommodations I brought my family along. There was one slight hiccup with the washer and dryer not working. however, within hours a brand new washer and dryer showed up and was installed with no problems. Generally, I would have chosen a hotel to stay.u , however, after this experience when looking for lodging, I will always check Airbnb for potential places first. When in Austin, Donny and Bruna will be my very first choice hoststo see if there is an available booking. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Bruna & Donny were fantastic hosts - very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, quiet yet convenient, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The house was very spacious and equipped! Host was very responsive and quick to help. The complex is lovely with large pool and gym. I was able to receive packages easily during my stay as well! Great location just 15 min from downtown and super close to the airport.
